Perhaps you feel trapped in a fog, or you're finding it difficult to explain your emotions and thoughts to others. Maybe you're experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, or even thoughts of ending your life. Perhaps you lost someone to suicide. You have been navigate these challenges alone for so long, and now you're looking for help. That’s where I come in.
