I am a part of the Help and Hope Counseling team. Are you the person that holds it together for the sake of everyone else, while inside you may be questioning yourself over and over to make the “right” decision? But inside you feel isolated, and there is the need to keep up the appearance that you have everything together. Maybe you feel like you can’t trust your decisions or feelings in the moment, so you hold it all together just to fall apart when nobody is looking.
