I am a Bilingual - Latina clinician deeply committed to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families on their journey of healing. My practice is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care, and honors the resilience it takes to heal from trauma. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, or ongoing stress. Using CBT, and attachment-based approaches, I also support couples seeking reconnection and families navigating relational ruptures, life transitions, or intergenerational trauma.
