Navigating relationships, transition or change can be HARD. I partner with you to help you feel better and develop new tools for dealing with life's stressors. You'll get clarity on the patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that keep you stuck and learn ways to get unstuck. We can meet in my office, online, or outdoors in Bethesda, MD while walking, sitting in nature, shooting hoops, or strength training. Babies in strollers are welcome.
