Many people seek therapy because something in their life isn't working, or because challenging emotions or past experiences are holding them back in some way. I help clients overcome their past, understand themselves, become mindfully present, and gain the confidence to make the choices that lead them where they want to go. I have specialized training and experience working with survivors of interpersonal violence, complex trauma and PTSD, and those living with chronic illness, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationship structures such as ENM and Polyamory.
