My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative; I want to know how my clients define their challenges and their perspectives on what tools will best work for them in achieving their goals. I recognize my clients as the experts in their lives! I use reflection and reframing to explore alternative perspectives and mindfulness to enhance awareness of behavior and opportunities for acceptance.
