I’m a Florida-based licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and couples move through anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, ADHD, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I combine insight-oriented therapy with practical CBT and DBT strategies to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, improve communication, and create meaningful change.
