Hello, my name is Jessica- I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I am passionate about assisting clients with many diverse presenting challenges, some of which include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-injury, self-acceptance, relationship struggles, self-esteem, and identity formation. I enjoy working with clients ranging from teens to adults and have a broad range of experience working in school, hospital, PHP/IOP, and outpatient mental health settings. My therapeutic approach is flexible and creative. I integrate client-centered theories with CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based interventions to help empower clients to explore individualized treatment goals, while cultivating coping skills and insight.
