Hi, my name is Jessica Hernandez and I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I utilize a client-centered approach to match client's needs and create an empowering environment. I utilize a client-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I'm comfortable working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.
