My name is Jessica Hyles, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with clients via telehealth in the state of California. I primarily work with adolescents and adults and specialize in grief, chronic illness, and life transitions, utilizing an integrative approach to therapy to best fit the unique needs and goals of each individual. I meet each client where they are at with a warm, empathetic presence. As you are the expert of your own life, I most frequently use Person-Centered Therapy to establish a trusting environment and create a non-judgmental space to explore any life challenges you may be facing.
