Hi, I’m Jessica. My practice is dedicated to, teens and women who struggle with anxiety, depression, negative self worth and trauma. I focus on mind-body connection, which can be different from traditional talk therapy. By integrating the mind and body, my clients are able to find a connection to the origin of the problem and find solutions that are more permanent and long lasting by creating new neural pathways. My goal is to support you in transforming and healing and to be able to empower and inspire you to make use of what you have been through, allowing your experiences to become your strengths.
