I believe that we are all doing the best we can, and there is always room for improvement. My goal is to provide you with a unique space to process your story and seek understanding and acceptance, without fear of judgement. I enjoy supporting people who have experienced some form of trauma or loss in their lives, no matter how big or small. My clients often struggle with self-worth, feel stuck in life, and identify as people pleasers. Regardless of their struggles, my clients are often some of the bravest people I know.
