I support individuals (ages 15+) navigating challenges like substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational dynamics, helping them build insight, resilience, and fulfilling connections. Many of my clients may be feeling stuck or misaligned between their values and behaviors and report struggling with self-doubt, emotional fragility, listlessness, or unhealthy relational dynamics. My expertise includes working with individuals who may be evaluating their relationship with substances, considering treatment, or are already in recovery. However, I work with many people who don’t have issues with substances at all.
