My office is located in the heart of Claremont. I am walking distance or a bike ride away from the (5C's). I also offer zoom virtual sessions to people living anywhere in California. I specialize in the treatment of adults who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, adjustment difficulties, chronic pain, sports related issues. In therapy I help connect the mind and body. Our thoughts affect our physical bodies and it's important to work with both. I work with the biology of the body and teach people skills to regulate their nervous system using the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
