Life can feel like a glitchy game you’re supposed to win. School, work, friends... none of it seems to get you and explaining yourself is exhausting. Anxiety, depression, and past trauma make even small stuff feel impossible. Many teens and young adults I work with are LGBTQ+ or neurodiverse (or both) and sometimes feel like they’re on the outside looking in. You want to feel understood, find your voice, manage life’s chaos without burning out, and finally have a space where being your awkward, awesome self is enough.
