As a 2nd generation Korean American who grew up in an immigrant family, I understand how cultural identity, family expectations, and systemic barriers can shape the way people see themselves and interact with the world. I follow a trauma-informed approach to therapy and encourage individuals to view their healing journey with curiosity and self-compassion. I believe that everyone is formed with an unreplicable uniqueness, and I enjoy working alongside people to reconnect with their authentic selves.
