I understand that the decision to schedule a counseling appointment can be anxiety inducing in and of itself, so I make it my personal goal to provide an environment for every client that is safe, supportive, and conducive to the healing process. I am no stranger to trauma, anxiety, stress, seasons of loss, confusions, and fear. However, I am also an overcomer and it is my desire as a counselor to walk along side you, as you overcome the issues you are currently facing. I hope to see you soon! I offer counseling in-person and via telehealth to individuals 18+. I am not only clinically trained but I can also offer compassion from a place of personal experience to many issues that may present. I am a believer but I do not require my clients to be of the same faith and can incorporate spirituality at the level each client is comfortable with.
