Helping others and being an advocate for mental health has always been a passion of mine. I have always deeply appreciated meaningful conversations and building strong connections, and have been privileged to witness the positive impacts that therapy and other forms of mental health treatment have in people’s lives. I find genuine fulfillment in helping individuals during challenging times and value the opportunity to be a helping hand in their healing journeys.
