Life can be messy, and it is okay to not be okay; but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive, and empowering spaces. I believe counseling should be a compassionate collaboration in which clients are accepted as they are and valued as the experts of their experiences. I love working with clients to uncover how the past often reflects in the present and assist in alleviating symptoms to create space for authenticity and self-acceptance.
