Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) alongside trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, I help clients process painful memories, reduce emotional distress, and experience meaningful relief. I also specialize in supporting survivors of intimate partner violence (DV/SA), helping them regain safety, self-trust, and empowerment.
