I enjoy working with indiviuals experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and attachment related concerns. Through deep exploration, individuals gain insight into their internal world, learn to accept and feel compassion for all of themselves and create a sense of balance and peace within. My therapeutic style is caring, compassionate, encouraging, and individualized in order to help each person learn skills to work with their emotions, see situations without judgment and make life decisions that are aligned with personal values. I work with individuals to heal their deepest wounds allowing them to feel clear, empowered, and alive.
