There are many gifts with being a therapist, including being witness to significant, positive change. I have worked since 2005 with many individuals facing mental health challenges, difficult life transitions, and challenging relationships of all kinds. I have also had a career in the business arena holding leadership positions, so I am uniquely able to offer insight and guidance surrounding navigating work and how our lives can be both positively or negatively impacted by what we do (boundaries, communication, work/life balance, etc.).
