Jessica's passion is for working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults as they navigate challenges such as mood disorders, low self-esteem, relationship and family conflict, and identity development. Her training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) allows her to thoughtfully integrate this evidence-based approach to support lasting change. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Harbor Haven Counseling. Her work is rooted in an understanding of connection, safety to be fully known, and not alone.
