In my therapy room, YOU guide the direction for our sessions. You’ll have a safe and judgment-free space to open up about things you wouldn’t discuss with even your closest friends. Common topics of exploration include life history, attachments, survival mechanisms, biology, and intergenerational trauma. We will also discuss daily stressors and develop coping skills. I use an integrative approach mostly using the following modalities to guide sessions: psychodynamic, IFS, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral, biological and mindfulness. I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University.
