Hey there! I'm Jessica and I am a licensed professional counselor. I've been seeing individuals for counseling for 8 years. I have worked in community mental health, as well as in a hospital setting. I find that everyone that I work with has the innate ability to grow and make progress towards their goals, big or small. I primarily work with adults but I have worked with adolescents and children as young as 6 years old. I like to get to know my clients' to better help them meet their goals.
