I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that believes every individual is the expert of their own lives. With a supportive hand, any goal is achievable. While using a strength-based systemic approach, I like to utilize humor, kindness, and compassion with my clients. I am an EMDR Trained Therapist with experience in trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression and interpersonal work. I like to use a navigated approach by working with clients on how they would like to reach their goals to ensure personalized care.
