I provide therapy to adults and teens experiencing conflicts, challenges, or discontent. I meet with people in person or virtually. I strive to create a safe environment for people who have experienced various forms of trauma and people from diverse backgrounds, including people from groups who often experience discrimination. I continuously work to educate myself about social justice concerns to better support people to thrive in a challenging world.
