I will work with you to develop healthy coping mechanisms that best suit your individual needs. I have expertise in addressing anxiety and depression, utilizing modalities such as CBT and DBT. Many of my clients are facing challenges within their family system or romantic relationship. I can help you process these dynamics and work through conflict.
