I believe that every person has the capacity to make changes in their life. My goal as a therapist is to foster an environment where my clients decide to make changes for themselves, while working from a humanistic foundation. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. The relationships I build with my clients are genuine, nonjudgmental, and key to the process of change.
