I provide individual therapy focused on the treatment of Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I work with adults, adolescents, and children utilizing an eclectic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, polyvagal therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, integrative mental health, and play therapy.
