I work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, loneliness and belonging, trauma, life transitions, and experiencing the difficulty inherent in navigating societal systems. I consider the cultural frameworks of my clients, while examining the complexity of a mixed cultural experience, whether that be related to the intersection of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, family culture, or religion. Integrative approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-based, narrative, play, expressive arts, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, values-based work, and somatic techniques, allow me to serve clients of all ages and couples.
