I have 13+ years supporting people's mental health journeys. I enjoy working with clients who are navigating existential experiences, those who are looking for a better understanding to the meaning of life. This process can help clients identify and break negative or unhealthy patterns in their lives. I am a firm believer in the power of perception-shifting, in order to identify a purpose for even the most difficult situations. My therapeutic approach is dynamic and eclectic. My primary goal is to walk beside my clients through their lives and be there as support and accountability during their struggles and accomplishments alike.
