Hello! I am Jessica Hoffman (she/they), a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner. A quote at the forefront of my practice as a counselor is “The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but reveal to them their own” by the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Benjamin Disraeli. My goal for each of my clients is to form a therapeutic relationship that fosters growth, acceptance, and collaboration. I have worked with a wide range of clients (kids, teens, and adults) including clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, etc. I am a queer and neurodivergent counselor. I graduated with my bachelor's in Psychology at Hastings College and then got my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nebraska- Kearney. I use a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, EMDR, and primarily person-centered therapy.
