Whether it be due to depression, anxiety, trauma or some of the many changes throughout life, I can provide you with the tools and guidance to help you move forward with confidence and purpose. Throughout my time in this field I have been fortunate to work with children, teens and adults, all across the lifespan in order to help them discover ways they can overcome barriers and find solutions that are meaningful to them. My goal is to help you learn how to shine your light and make it the brightest.
