I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness based practices into the treatment of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
