My clients often feel stuck — in ongoing stress, cycles of anxiety, past trauma, or in a relationship dynamic they want to change. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, life transition, and complex family and relational dynamics. I help my clients understand and shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they are not doing enough. My approach to therapy is holistic. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help my clients manage the challenging situations, difficult emotions, and life stress they are experiencing.
