Hello/Hola! I’m Jessica, an Art Therapist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in CA. I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with stress management and burnout. I know that prolonged periods of unhealthy stress can affect our physical health as well as our mental health, and I believe that finding tools to help manage our stress is vital for good health.
