While each individual has a unique reaction to their circumstance, many feel vulnerable and confused about what is safe, others may be overwhelmed by feelings of hopelessness, anger, or depression. Trauma impacts the person who endured the experience and those that they love. I provide a nurturing environment that fosters emotional wellness and healing.
