My name is Jessica (she/her) and thank you for considering me to be your therapist. I work to provide a warm and supportive environment for you to process the difficult things in life and discover helpful tools to use in your everyday life. I have a passion for supporting people that have experienced trauma, sexual violence, and relationship issues. I look forward to collaborating with you to help you build your resilience, self-compassion, and to develop a healthy support system. As a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I support clients by helping them to navigate their healing journey from abuse, neglect, and traumatic grief. I have processed with clients their experiences involving sexual violence, anxiety/depression, and PTSD.
