I support clients in addressing relationship concern especially related to self-esteem, codependency, or perfectionism. I also provide couples counseling focused on communication, emotional intimacy, boundary setting and divorce discernment. I have worked with many late-identified neurodivergent clients to address depression, anxiety or relationship concerns through self-acceptance. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, rather than behavioral-based. I strive to be an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally.
