As a clinical therapist I work with individuals from all walks of life on the path towards happiness, healing and rest. I am there every step of the way to facilitate the therapeutic process: helping you gain deeper insight into yourself, feel in control of your life and reach personal goals. I work from a strengths based perspective and specialize in trauma recovery, healthy relationships with self and others, motivation, adjustment to life changes, grief, depression and anxiety.
