I integrate multiple therapeutic techniques individualized to your needs delivered in a supportive, sometimes irreverent, always compassionate manner. I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in mood, substance, and trauma disorders and stress. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, and I value your feedback and input. I offer individual therapy sessions via telehealth, with afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments available.
