I am passionate about working with children who have experienced early developmental trauma, anxiety, and challenging life stressors. I am trained in Family Attachment Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a focus on children and adolescents, and play therapy with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor credential. My goal is that you feel listened to and we find the most effective way to help your family. Whether that's by developing new parenting strategies, improving the parent-child relationship, or individual sessions where I meet with your child, we will figure out what's best for you.
