Hi there, I'm Jessica! I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 13 years of experience in the behavioral and mental health field. I hold a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. My work has focused on adolescents in residential treatment, complex trauma, and high-conflict family and couple dynamics. I’m trained in DBT, CBT, ABA, Brainspotting (Phase 1), and ERP for OCD. I’ve collaborated closely with psychiatrists, dietitians, and medical teams to provide holistic care. As someone in personal recovery, I bring empathy, compassion, and lived experience to my work.
