Jessica Mix-Tesmer, Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a therapist specializing in trauma. I utilize EMDR and Parts and Memory therapy to treat trauma. I utilize EMDR and Parts and Memory Therapy to treat trauma as well as other approaches to meet client needs. I began my career as an elementary school teacher. I saw the struggles my students had and went back to get my master's in counseling. The beginning of my therapy career I worked specifically with children and trauma. As my career progressed, I know utilize specific techniques to treat trauma in adults.
