We all posses strengths that have gotten us to where we are today and may need support in harnessing these strengths to overcome obstacles we face in the here and now. Through the therapeutic connection and process I can help build a map to manage obstacles in your path and reconnect with yourself. I am neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQI+ affirming, sex positive and culturally competent.
