I currently have a time slot open for evening telehealth! I see therapy as guidance for healing, self-development, and an opportunity to feel understood. Through a collaborative, therapeutic approach, I utilize empathy, patience, and a sense of humor, to help clients through unexpected challenges and transitional life phases. I bring a combination of my clinical background and empathy through the use of a strengths based and person centered approach.
