Life can be challenging- we often feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or anxiety, struggling with the past, and navigating relationships. Sometimes things are just hard and we aren't designed to go through this life alone. Allowing yourself to be open and vulnerable can feel overwhelming and intimidating. I'm here to help you along that journey. Therapy is a collaborative and deeply human process. My role is to support your self-discovery and help you move toward the changes you want to make while also providing insight and tools to aid you in your continued evolvement and emotional health.
