I am here to support you in fostering a deeper and more compassionate connection with your loved ones and yourself! I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing communication and intimacy issues and individuals struggling with anxiety and life transitions. I take a culturally-informed and relational therapeutic approach that respects clients’ autonomy while helping them develop coping skills, explore their emotions and needs, and find creative solutions to unhealthy patterns. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique situation and meet them where they are in a motivating, empathetic, and non-judgmental way.
