Making the choice to begin therapy can feel overwhelming. I am here to be on that journey with you. As a therapist with over 12 years of experience, I am able to help my clients work through challenging life events preventing them from being the best version of themselves. I have knowledge helping clients monitor their medications and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the most effective outcome. I work with adults (18–55) and specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, communication, self-esteem, stress, and navigating life transitions.
